A Tale of Two Seasons

Autumn Splendor When we think of autumn the first thing that comes to mind is color. Later on after a long, cold wintertime, there’s nothing like the freshness of spring and summer flowers. And as spring approaches and the days grow longer the anticipation for the warm sunny days, the rebirth of bulbs bursting from the soil and the longing for all the brilliance, color and abundance that summertime will bring. We want to savor every moment, as we should, but let us not forget that after the glory of spring and summer begins to fade nature has a second act. The fabulous, rich, vibrant and radiant fall colors, get their turn to shine, whirling about decorating our streets and rooftops like seasonal confetti.

The Dunes

The sounds of the sea and the songs of the gulls are almost mesmerizing. The methodical waves continual rhythm as they wash along the shoreline. A moment in time when you can get lost in thought and embrace all of the beauty and solace around you.
